We welcomed Sati Ubhi, from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, to further capture and share the work on Self Care which was entered into the 'Patient Safety' category and won the Innovation "Silver" Award presentation in October 2017. Sati presented and shared their innovative work with the wider community. As usual this presentation was followed by a Q & A session.
