E-learning

Please note that our e-learning platform is separate from our main website.

Having a PrescQIPP website user account does not automatically mean you have an e-learning account.

If you already have an account:

  1. Go to the e-learning platform
  2. Select 'Forgotten username or password' (underneath the login form)
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Search'
  4. We will email you a new password within a couple of minutes

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if the password reset email hasn't arrived within a few minutes.

If you do not yet have an account:

If you do not already have an account on the e-learning platform, you can quickly create one by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the e-learning platform
  2. Select 'Create new account' and complete your details
  3. After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email
  4. Copy the link from the confirmation email into your web browser to activate your account
  5. The system will automatically log you in and you can browse the list of available courses

If you are a member of a subscribing medicines team and are trying to preview a course

Each course has a unique promo code that can be used by up to 10 times by a subscribing organisation to evaluate courses before commissioning them. Any enrolments using this promo code will only be valid for six months.

  1. Obtain the promo code for the course you wish to preview from your lead subscriber
  2. Login to the e-learning platform and choose 'Access Course' next to the course you'd like to preview
  3. Enter the promo code into the 'Preview Access for MOTs' box on the screen
  4. Click 'Enrol me'

If you are a subscriber lead and do not already have the promo code please contact us.

 

To obtain your certificate you need to have completed all sections of the course (each will have a green tick next to it) and pass the 'Final Assessment'.

Certificates will be automatically created only after you have done so. Please note that it may take several minutes to generate your certificate. Once generated, you will receive an email containing your certificate - be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you've not received it after ten minutes.

If you wish to re-download your certificate (or you have not received the email containing your certificate):

  1. Login to the e-learning platform
  2. Choose 'Access Course' next to the appropriate course
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'Final Assessment and Feedback' section
  4. Click on 'Certificates' and then 'Download'

If your name is incorrect:

Your certificate is generated from the details you provided when you created an e-learning account. To update this:

  1. Login to the e-learning platform
  2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and choose 'Edit profile'
  3. Make your amends and click 'Update profile'
  4. Wait a few minutes
  5. Go back to the e-learning home page (choose 'Home' in the menu)
  6. Choose 'Access Course' next to the appropriate course
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'Final Assessment and Feedback' section
  8. Click on 'Certificates' and then 'Download'

If the date is incorrect:

By default our system will always show your certificate with the date you first passed the course. If you have re-taken and passed the course since then and require a new certificate please contact us using the form below. Please provide as much information as possible to allow us to resolve your query as quickly as possible.

Please note, only nominated subscriber leads will be able to access e-learning reports which include the users who have enrolled on and completed e-learning courses in your area.

If you are a subscriber lead:

Simply log into our e-learning platform and choose the 'Organisation completion' link on the right-hand side. If this link isn't available, please contact us below so we can assign you the correct permissions.

  1. Login to the e-learning platform
  2. Click on your name on the top right-hand corner and select 'Edit profile'
  3. Make sure you have selected the correct organisation (Integrated Care System or Health Board)
  4. Update any other incorrect information
  5. Click 'Update profile'
